''I called Norm Hinspeter because the roof of my mobile home was leaking. First of all, he was the only roofing contractor out of six that I called that would even come look at my roof because it is a mobile home. He came over to look at it within hours, arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and went up on my roof in the rain to look at it. He came down and came inside to explain everything to me and wrote an estimate for me right then. He explained that a couple of the areas needing repair were very bad and that since we were in for 3 days of heavy rain, he had gotten down and went to his truck to fetch the materials he needed to fix them immediately. So, I got an estimate immediately AND he patched my worst problems for FREE, without ever being asked to do it. Norm is a gentleman, highly ethical, extremely knowledgeable, and someone I can fully trust to do my repairs. It was an uncommon delight doing business with him.''

''FROM THE BEGINING NORM HINSPETER THE OWNER WAS VERY REPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. NORM GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CONTACTING HIM. THEY SPREAD TARPS TO COLLECT DEBRIS & WERE CAREFULL TO NOT HARM ANY PLANT LIFE. THEY ALWAYS INFORMED ME WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING AND ALWAYS ASKED IF IT WAS OKAY TO LEAVE VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT OVERNIGHT. THEY PROVED TO BE VERY EFFICIENT AT THEIR TASKS AS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS UPON COMPLETION...I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY NAILS LEFTOVER.
